Take the Pledge

Oh...and if you have one and can do so, raise your left elbow otherwise think of a pink elephant. If you're feeling particularly

Now, if you're sitting down, turn your head to the north. If you're standing, kneeling or lying down laying down in a horizontal position, turn your head to the west...or east whichever is easiest.
One more thing (I promise)...if you live in the U.S. put your tongue on the back of your lower teeth or gums otherwise put your tongue on the back of your upper teeth or gums. I know you will sound when you recite the pledge but HELLO...THAT'S THE POINT, .
