Every Year on July 26

It's time to lighten up!

All you need do is look in the newspaper or watch the news to know that things are WAY to serious and weighing us down with depression, sadness, fear, etc. It's true we have serious challenges both in the world and in our personal lives that require our attention; however "all work and no play makes Jack/Jane a dull boy/girl".

As your "Grand Ambassador of " I'm here to grant you a time-out from serious stuff. I'm declaring a one-day vacation for . I proclaim July 26 to be World Day . The reason for this date will be explained some other time or maybe never.
